Gateshead-based creative video agency Superkrush looks after every aspect of video marketing strategy for their clients, specialising in corporate video, animation, TV commercials and online content.
Superkrush contacted RTC in 2016 when they were faced with a challenge that they needed to overcome and were looking for support to be able to do this.
Chris Taylor, Founder and Creative Director at Superkrush said:
“Our initial challenge was dealing with increased amounts of video data, how best to handle and store the data, and how to offer clients better security and protection.
“RTC advised and funded a project that enabled us to create a bespoke solution that allowed us better security and access to the video data. As well as backing up the data off-site and creating a better platform that increased our efficiency and capacity.
“Their support came at the right time and has helped us improve on an extremely important aspect of the business. They have been brilliant from start to finish, accessible, easy-to-talk to, and have provided us with some great advice.
“They have helped us get a step closer to where we want the business to be over the next three years. We are looking to grow and develop further, specifically around creating a ‘video agency’ offer to clients and increasing our market share.”
Superkrush are currently working with advisors on our Pathways 2 Innovation programme, looking at the development of a business strategy that creates new and innovative sales tools.
